Volleyball Fitness | Volleyball Player | Volleyball Conditioning
Just about every volleyball player I know or have come across is looking for ways to improve their volleyball conditioning. In my opinion ‘volleyball conditioning’ is basically their overall volleyball fitness. When you incorporate a volleyball fitness routine I highly suggest that every volleyball player perform total body workouts incorporating several muscle groups as well as core training exercises and plyometric exercises. Actually, I recommend this to all athletes as well as non-athletes.
What I mean by ‘total body workouts’ is to perform one muscle group followed by an opposing muscle group or plyometric exercise. Total body is just that, TOTAL BODY. Here is an example of a Super Set for a volleyball player to perform to improve their volleyball conditioning and overall volleyball fitness:
SPECIAL NOTE: ALWAYS CONSULT A PHYSICIAN BEFORE STARTING ANY EXERCISE PROGRAM
