Sadly, many people feel that ‘enjoying life’ is eating what they want, smoking what they want and living a lifestyle that is not only destroying their life, but there is one thing they forget…..

Before you start calling me names because you or a friend run or ran marathons just let me say, I am NOT against them. What I disagree with is that ‘running’ or ‘jogging’ is a great way to lose weight and burn fat and calories. We have spoke to so many people about this and we cannot emphasize enough that to continue to burn fat and calories ‘at rest’ is to crank up your metabolism – PERIOD!
Running a marathon is nothing short of an incredible achievement for everyone that does them or has in the past. My hat goes off to you.

Jillian Michaels continues to show total disrespect not only to the fitness profession but to YOU.
