Last week went very well WORLD WIDE!
Laure and I were amazed at all the comments at the gym, on the street, via email and here
So, let’s do it again!
Let’s keep this thing rolling my friends.
Friday, February 27th I am going to do the following and Laure’s exercise follows:
25 single leg squats – each leg followed by 30 push ups (I know..wimping out!) every hour from 7 am – 4 pm.
Laure – she is going to do more push ups, but is GUARANTEEING a huge increase from last week. This week she will pace herself. She is pretty scary serious about this..lol
We will take pics from the bowling lane this week. (every Friday we go bowling then have lunch) it’s our ‘date day’
)

PS – if you don’t know what to do here are some suggestions.
You can do anything from triceps push-ups off your chair, to wall push-ups in your office, break room or bathroom, squats at your desk, get up and walk around the room or up and down the stairs, etc. If you really can’t have anyone know what you are doing, you can do isometric exercises right at your desk like butt squeezes or leg extensions, or squeeze your belly.
