Our Totally Fit Boot Camp consists of effective, challenging, fun and creative workouts designed to get you feeling good and looking great! People of ALL fitness levels, MALE or FEMALE, can participate and will receive an awesome workout experience. You will be challenged and motivated to work at your highest capability, whatever that may be. Anyone from the extremely conditioned to the de-conditioned can do our boot camp!

Total Body Workouts

Your workouts will combine strength, endurance and core exercises that will work your entire body. You will train all muscle groups, your core and your cardiovascular system during each exhilirating, effective and fun boot camp session. Everyone, no matter their fitness level, will get an intense workout that will leave you feeling challenged and accomplished.

Our fitness boot camps are sold as four week programs. Our camps are held outdoors unless otherwise noted. We meet every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Each camp session lasts 45 minutes. All camps are Co-Ed except our Womens Only Indoor camp.
