God was being good to me the day I found your gym and the boot camps. I had major surgery at the end of 2002 and while I got much healthier afterwards-my health and strength and endurance never quite got back to normal. I would do well for a while and then have more health problems that set me back. Since I have started the boot camps-my health problems are minimal to almost all better and I finally feel strong again =)) The people I have met at my boot camp are phenomenal people that are a great source of strength and support. In 2009 I gained 60 lbs from the use of the Prednisone. I was disgusted about my weight and appearance due to that. Four and a half months ago I was given doctor approval to start working out again. Four months ago today I began Totally Fit Boot Camp at 250 lbs with the determination to get rid of that person. Today, exactly 4 months later, I have lost 30 lbs, still determined to get back to 190 lbs. Feelin' pretty good

I have to tell you, I was nervous when I signed up for camp, afraid I couldn't do it. Well that fear has turned into confidence, I have loved every minute of this! The instructors are amazing, the workouts really work and yes, somehow all this work is actually fun!!! Thanks so much, I'll be signing up again

I was so scared when I started. I was scared that I would hold people back from working out because I was too slow! That was so NOT the case! You work at your pace, push yourself to the best of your ability. Bootcamp is a new adventure in your workout that I think everyone needs to try. If you do.... please don't quit after one or two times, you need to hang in there and do it the four weeks to see and feel the difference! It is so worth it! I love it!

I just want to thank you, before I signed up for boot camp I had some thoughts, I wanted to do boot camp but I was afraid, I kept thinking over and over, until I spoke with you over the phone, for some reason after that I felt confident, and decided to give it a try. First week was hard, I was in a lot of pain but by Friday pain was better, week after week it seems like I was accomplishing my goal, I never thought that at 41 I was going to be doing all those exercise routine and the best part losing weight, getting stronger. I loved the idea of taking 45 min three times a week to take care of myself, that was my ME TIME. About Jerry, he was awesone, he is the best, always supporting me and the rest of the group, making sure I was doing everything right, he always made boot camp fun. I will recommend TotallyFitBootCamp to all my friends. I'm ready for my next one

I will be completing my second session of boot camp and have already signed up for my third. Jackie and Janet are just awesome. never a dull moment with them, never know what to expect from them. Boot Camp is awesome is like no other work out you just have to try it for yourself.

I’ve been a member at gyms for at least six years, and I’ve never had a workout quite like this one. I’ve noticed more results doing a 45 minute workout three times a week then I did when I would spend two hours at a gym 4-5 days a week

I loved the boot camp! I never had a workout like it. I got so many compliments from people I know and how much a difference it gave me. After every session, I felt amazing, I felt fit, I was so energized. I loved the workouts in the rain, it made it that more exciting. I’ve learned so much about my body with the different workouts. I would recommend this to anyone! I can’t wait to do this again!

I was in some decent shape before starting boot camp, but by the end of the second week, I was really seeing improvements in my strength and endurance; as an added bonus, I lost a few more pounds as a result of gaining leaner, stronger muscles! The experience was challenging but fun. I heartily endorse the Boot Camp Program for anyone interested in getting in better shape in a relatively short period no matter what fitness level you are

I am really enjoying boot camp. I needed a change in my work out routine and boot camp is meeting this need. The trainers are great, I really like how they provide modifications for each exercise in order to adapt to an individuals personal needs for increased challenge or adaptation. I really enjoy the exercises targeting core strength.

Let me tell you - never thought I would be happy to get up at 5 am and exercise but boot camp rocks! At 46 I thought I was doomed to a life of muffin tops and big legs. Thanks to boot camp I'm down 13 lbs.
