Totally Fit Boot Camp delivers real results with workouts that are creative, effective, fun and
most importantly always changing. Because you will never have the same workout twice your body will not have the
chance to adapt and will keep changing. Say bye-bye to weight loss plateaus and hello to a lean and fit body,
increased self confidence and an amazing feeling of accomplishment! With locations throughout the Lehigh Valley, we
have a boot camp near you!
We have men and women of all ages and fitness levels in our camps. You will find fitness
enthusiasts, reformed couch potatoes and everything in between. You can do this!

All of our camps are led by fitness professionals who are there for you! They will motivate,

Totally Fit Boot Camp workouts are time efficient. When a workout is designed to be truly
effective, 45 minutes is plenty of time to get the job done. In today's busy world, why spend more time to get the
same or less results?

I wanted to thank you for providing these camps and sharing your dedication to fitness. A year and a
half ago, I was 50 lbs heavier in a size 16 dress. I was also a smoker with terrible eating habits and
no workout routine. I am now a proud nonsmoker since July 12, 2009 and enjoy a primarily organic diet,
size 8 dresses (including my wedding dress), and an actual routine for working out. I am learning more
and more all the time and actually enjoying the journey of healthy living for the first time in my
life. I know that this is more than you bargained for as a response to your simple question, but boot

Since having my gastric bypass in march I have lost 60 lbs but still have 50 to go and I definitely
notice that exercise makes the scale move faster and I have SO much energy afterwards!! I actually
require less sleep at night now and I know it's because of being healthier and exercising!! I also love
the instructors.. They are so fun and so full of energy!! just 4 months ago I would not have even
considered boot camp because I hated exercise. Now I love it!! I never want to fall back into my old

Today was the last day of Boot Camp, I can't wait to start another! It sure is hard to wake up, but
once you're there you don't regret it. An added bonus is the hour and a half that I have all to myself
before the kids wake up. Feel Good, feel real good! I feel stronger, the next camp will probably show
more improvement.

week programs. Our camps are held outdoors in beautiful park settings. Each camp session
lasts 45 minutes. All camps are
