Hi Andra..

Thanks for the question. If you have my Volleyball Resources Ebook there are lots of good exercises in there to help. It is FREE and available at www.trainingforvolleyball.com
A box will pop up and all you have to do is fill in the info to get it.

The best bang for your buck, and I can say this with certainty due to the overwhelming responses and testimonials is investing in 'Volleyball Team Training'.
State champions and runner ups have used the same program in Nevada, CT, PA, Kentucky..etc..
Medicine balls and bands are what you would need for some of the exercises. MANY of them are body weight only. Hopefully you have some of them.

I always say this Andra..The ONLY way to not see changes is 1) if the workouts are not done & 2) they are done wrong..

That's it....if they are instructed properly and give 100% they as well as YOU will be very pleased..:)

Thanks again!

Barry, I would like your recommendation on the best all around video/workout that I need. I am a high school vollleyball coach and need to improve quickness and vertical in my girls. We don't have access to funds so it comes out of my pocket and that is why I need the best bang for my buck. We do alot of strength and conditioning and I use alot of your methods but I would sure like to kick it up a notch and get their verticle jumps elevated. The girls at our school have kind of been forgotten and I have been trying to revive the program for the last couple of years and I need your help. What would my best option be? Thanks Andra
