    Awesome as usual, Barry! For the exercises with rubber bands, you could tell the female players that they can do it anywhere/anytime using a hair tie…most sporty girls have those in every backpack, purse, jacket pocket, etc. :)
    Definitely going to start doing these exercises, and I think as an added bonus, it will help my guitar and piano playing too!
